WSF Announcement

The World Scrapbooking Forum has today announced that the global scrap initiative has been successful and that scrapbooking may now cease entirely. A target date for the conclusion of scrapping around the world has been set - 21 June 2008.

It it anticipated that no scrapbooking products will be manufactured after this date as all paper resources are directed to producing toilet paper.

Wot? No more scrapping supplies?? Just as well I've got this huge room all stocked up with supplies. It will take me forever to use it all up! So, the supplies might cease, but scrapping will still carry on for eternity!! Mwhahahaha.

LOL. Nice try any way.

Oh, and scissors and cutters and other sharp implements have been deemed a threat to national security and have been banned.

IT IS SO NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

All you Scrapbook Widows would not be happy as although you would have a short term pause (30 seconds) you would have some very unhappy women around you.

Ladies are you ready to storm the gates of Grendal to get him to change the WSF's mind and to allow us the freedom to buy stash, stroke it and use it when we are ready to use it!

We need to act fast....

Oh Grendal, what will you write about if your wife were to stop scrapbooking? Perhaps she would take up knitting or crocheting and you would be surrounded by yarns and sharp needles. Wouldn't want that now would you?

Oddly enough she brought out all her Crotchety stuff on the weekend.

I personally feel that scrapbooking should be regulated, at least...

Why not use a bidet instead (or just that good ole dipper)? Anyhow, nice to be here on site. I think scrapbooking is one great way of organizing and salvaging your experiences from a quite feeble memory...
And yeah, if you find my blog entries at
http://everythingkimchi.blogspot.com/ worthy of a technorati fav, or a blogcatalog linkex, please don't hesitate to do so. I shall return the e-love. Cheers!

I am a DIGITAL scrapbook designer for DIGITALCRAFTCOTTAGE.COM and with digital... there's no need to build an extra room... no messy dining room table, no piles of papers and you only have to buy a kit once, and use it over and over again... You and my husband would get along great... He only sees the back of my head and swears he could identify me by that in a room full of 1000 women!

"Grendel" said...

True, but I bet your husband is always complaining about that extra hard drive/monitor/computer you bought, or the fact the drive needs defragmenting far too often or that you leave your software open and your files unsaved. . .
